This is an exact copy of the good old “Elektro”. He was reborn, but still too many iterations have passed since his rebirth, he is hopelessly outdated.
But he is endowed with the wisdom of an elder and can help his descendants with advice. Rumor has it that he is the ancestor of the Usher nation. But most likely these are just rumors.
