I think there are some structures that are very essential in the game. They do not want players to buy and hold and later resell at a higher price. They are therefore giving a timeline where we can all buy when the mini game would be launched. A power plant is an example. You know you cant mine without power and it is finite in number
The ship trading issue was a Solona network issue.
This issue was resolved when the Solana issue was resolved a month ago.
